Can't sync bigpond music to Base MP3 player

I have a Base Digital MP3 Video Player, Model GK902. I have not had any trouble syncing songs to it off CDs, but I am having trouble syncing songs from my computer that I have downloaded from Big Pond Music. They told me that it may not be Digital Rights Management v10 compatible and to contact the manufacturer or the Microsoft website for updated device driver or firmware. I can't find the manufacturer on the box or in the manual. Can you help?

i have a model gk902 base mp3 player, base meaning target, but i cant find the manufacturer's website or contact detail either!

i have a base mp3 player, model number MP718SF-N but it will only copy WMA files. The instructions say to switch it to the DRM music function but it does not tell you how this is done and the CD doesn't help. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Ron.

Mine just locks up when I try and download songs out of my libray to it. I get about 3 songs transfered 1 by 1, then on about the 3rd song it just stops. I have to wait for the battery to run down to restart the process over again.

SONY BEAN WONT SYNC MUSIC WITH ITS SONIC STAGE SOFTWARE. with what software can i sync music on this mp3 player

--**Windows Media Player**--
If you have a large playlist to transfer, you may prefer to do it from your media player, such as Windows Media Player. Once your MP3 player is connected to the computer, open Windows Media Player. Click on the "Sync Music" tab. Drag songs that you want from your Windows Media Library over to the "Sync Music" column to create a playlist. Click the "Begin Sync" tab at the bottom once you have all of the songs on your playlist. This action will sync all of the songs to your MP3 player with one click. Disconnect your device once songs have been transferred by clicking on the "Safely Remove Hardware" icon in the bottom-right side of the desktop tray.

Having trouble downloading.

You have to use Windows Media Player to transfer songs from your computer to the Sansa. If the songs are already on your computer, then you are good to go. Just open up Windows Media Player, click on the sync tab, and then drag files to the sync area, and click Start Sync. If the songs are not already there, do yourself a favor - only sign up to a music service that gives you the songs in mp3 format. WMA's are too problematic, and will lead you to ask a million questions and deal with a million problems. Stick to Mp3 format only, and you should be good to go.

if it doesn't sync, don't worry just open the folder where the music files are stored on your computer, connect your Sony Walkman to your computer and highlight the music files you want to add to the Walkman and select (copy these files) a windows will open for you to select the place you want to copy to, select your mp3 player and click on copy to copy the selected music to your Walkman

NOTE: if you Sony Walkman has a specific folder for music files, you need to move the songs you copied from your hard drive's music folder to the music folder on your mp3 player for the player to recognize the songs in order to play.

This link gives a video instruction on how to load music and videos and pictures to your model of GPX product. In the second column on this page, click on the bottom green arrow. You will need to allow pop-ups in your browsers to get the video instructions to come up. Good luck!

Can't sync bigpond music to Base MP3 player

My daughter got one for her bday Aug 20 and it white flashed now won't work, my suggestion is take them all back to Target and write a complaint. They are rubbish and you should tell all your friends to never bother buying one from there. Stick with known brands!!
