My MATSHITA DVD-RAM UJ-85JS was unable to read my dvd in my laptop. Help me to solve this issue.

It's just faulty hardware. Lenovo put a bad DVD hardware in this model. I'm having the same problem too. I can't find any replacement drives, either... they don't make it no more. Just get an external DVD drive.

Lenovo y410 MATSHITA DVD-RAM UJ-85JS driver free download

Hi

do you have a error message in the device manager or why do you need the drivers? all cd dvd drives work just by plugging them into the computer aslong as your windows is working properly they don't come with drivers.

please let me know if you are getting a error code and if the error code is 31, 32, 19, 39 or 41 then open up this page to get it sorted:

Unable to burn cd's

First of all you try to burn the cd with a valid cd burner, uninstall the already existing cd writer and try to install again.
In case of laptop you can try the company's own cd burner.
Else... The main problem occurs when the seating of the driver is not proper.
You can remove the driver yourself if you are comfortable with or else you have to give to the authorised service center to remove and reseat the driver again....
