My freezer has frosted over and i cant open the drawers. I've turned it off overnight but the ice has not yet melted. please help!

Clarification Request

Sounds like you have a leak around a door / drawer seal.

Let it sit for a while until you can get the doors / drawers open. Then use a hair dryer to melt the rest. (this can take days, believe me)

This will certainly make a watery mess, so be sure it's unplugged and use rubber gloves (so you don't short yourself on the hair dryer if water drips onto it)

You will most likely need door / drawer seals.
