No power My amp worked last year with no problem. I let it sit all through the the winter then I tried to hook it up in my car again and there was no power at all. I checked all the wires and fuses and still nothing. I even bought a new power wire and still nothing. What could be wrong with my amp?

Well...my ball park guess on this is just a tune up. The engine light is usually showing a misfire. If the plugs are bad then the cylinder is not igniting the fuel and it is flooding out. With what is here this makes sense to me. Let me know what it does turn out to be.

old amplifiers usually have capacitors that do not last for long. you may find a few of them leaking out. if u still want to keep the amp change all the leaky capacitors by the right values and u may get it right
