I washed my Panasonic SV-MP020 MP3 Player

It won't let me listen to any music, won't light up with a new battery. It says connect to usb and I do, but then it says 'please DL firmware, and disconnect usb'. Help please!!

I have the same problem.

Suggest a new solution for this problem
