If its a monitor you are referring to and are having problems with.

One bad or faulty lead connection can cause a computer to continue restarting on a cycle or to shutdown or fail to detect your hard drive. WARNING: Before you start troubleshooting remember that you are dealing with electricity that can KILL. http://www.kitchentablecomputers.com/static.php - rules Test all power and data leads that attach to your hard drive IDE,SATA the leads from your (motherboard to your hard drive) make sure they have secure dust free connections and are not faulty if its a 40 pin flat ribbon type it will be the first to fail make sure all leads that are attached to your drives dvd\cd 3 1/2 inch floppy have secure connections and are not faulty even something as small as a faulty electrical fan and its lead can cause you problems computers need all power and data to continue through every working device and to have an end so any faulty leads will end up with a computer error Make sure your graphics card is securely seated with no dust built up or in the socket if you remove your graphics check the socket to make sure its dust free restart your computer then reinstall it this should activate found new hardware wizard Hope this helps.

The video board is dying. By the time you paid to replace this board at a Service Center, you could buy a new one cheaper on www.newegg.com

Geforce mx400 not recognised by micron clientpro board

The beeps are error codes telling you there is an irq interupt conflict with your video card. Does your computer have an onboard video controler also? If this is the case you will have to hook up your monter to that and remove your geforce video card for now. Fire up the computer and then disable the onboard video controller using the device manager by selecting the onboard video card from the list right click on it and click disable device. This will allow you to plug in the geforce and not Have a IRQ conflict. The geforce will now be recognised as the computers only video device and there will be no more conflict or error beeps. The geforce will be recognized as a standard vga adapter until you install the software and drivers for it to gain full use of all its features. If you need more help send me an Email to geokohler@gmail with your phone number and I will call you for free to help you out

When surfing, this ANtivirus 2009 alert came on and can't get rid of it. I've also gotten a green screen pop up informing me I have a SPYWARE.MONTER. What can I do? ...

Hey tjchan92,

Unless you personally installed the "AntiVirus2009" program or this other application, what you may be encountering are either misleading plug-in applications or your computer may currently have spyware installed. Generally, one of the best ways to determine what these programs are is to run a system scan using the full version of an anti-virus/spyware program such as Norton AntiVirus or McAfee VirusScan. Should you choose to do so, you’ll want to make sure you’re using the latest virus and spyware definitions available since new threats surface all the time.

Please keep in mind that I only mention Norton & McAfee as examples. These are by no means the only anti-virus/spyware programs available, and are simply among the most easily-recognizable brands available through many major retailers.

Alternatively, you may be able to minimize how often these windows appear by adjusting your internet settings. Doing so will typically block pop-up windows and banner ads from websites you visit, and can often be done by changing your Internet Explorer privacy setting to "Medium-High" or "High” through the “Tools” menu.

Hope this helps you out.

Sincerely,
Aaron
