My nokia 6300 stopped vibrating even when the vibrate alert is on what do i do ?

Please go to Profiles section.
Select General -> Personalize -> Vibration Alert -> Select "On" instead "Off".
After doing the changes Activate the profile.

This will solve your issue.

to turn vibration alert of go into profiles scrol down to viration on or off and choose. if your saying that it wont vibrate then your small ipc motor may be burned out and need to be replaced.

Does the vibration not work when a call comes or is it vibrating non stop? In either case you need to restart your phone and try calling to it to make sure it vibrates.
If it is not vibrating, then check phone ringing settings and make sure it is set to vibrate + ring.

go to profile->general->options->personalize->go down to vibrate alert on.

its not broken, if you go to settings and turn application settings to default, the games vibrate, also, reminders vibrate, so there must be a setting telling the phone not to vibrate but i cant find it

I think the ******** in your mobile phone is disconneted or not working. Try opening the phone and see for yourself.

u better go to the technician for repair the problem of that is the buzzer

Follow this steps in the given order -
1) Switch off your phone
2) Remove memory card
3) Switch on your phone
4) Ask a friend to send you a message. Now you will hear the tone
5) Switch off, insert the memory card & switch on again
6) Ask someone to send a message again. It will work

Open the unit and clean the contact on the vibra and check the vibra to see if its stil ok. Use an eraser to clean the contact.
