XP Professional tends to have problems with all devices when you are connected to a network. Disconnect your Sansa player from computer, turn it off, hold in the volume + button and reconnect to the computer. Continue holding the volume + button until the "Found New Hardware" Wizard pops up - XP will load the needed drivers.

The device that you are using it not recognize by windows. This is mostly the case when a device driver is missing. To fix this problem go to the device's company website, search for the device and download the drivers to match the Operating System that you are using. Of course you may also Google search device name follow by drivers download. Any way you choose the device driver is needed.

Windows doesn's recognize camera, device manager says no driver

Hi -

Have you tried another USB port? Sometimes, they can act goofy.
Also be sure your anti-virus isn't blocking any part of the installation.

Here is a link to the Samsung troubleshooting guide for your camera.
You can probably download the most recent driver from that website as well.
Perhaps they have a better or newer version than what came prepackaged
with the camera (just because a camera is a new purchase does not mean
the software it came with is the most updated).

I run WinXP home edition, so I am not familiar if there are any differences in the professional version regarding software installation....

Good luck!

Audio device erased

You have to double check you system unit in installing your drivers. First, try to check the support & download drivers for your audio. Now, when you already downloaded a copy of driver for your
MOBO most likely you still need to download a software for HDA (High Definition Audio ) in order for your audio to function.
