Question about Dell 0Y3740 Keyboard
The problem could be that you have the Fn key on the lower left side of the keyboard remains depressed. Also try switching off the Num Lock . That should solve the problem.

hey there, I am not sure what kind of keyboard you have but try pushing the "fn" button or press "fn" and num lock at the same time or just num lock by itself. If you don't have num lock, you may need to plug in an external keyboard. let me know how you make out.
