Easy enough, black and red go to either end of the terminal block behind dryer(makes no difference which), the white MUST go to the center terminal, and the green ground must be hoooked to the ground strap, probalby already a green wire screwed there already as well

Maytag neptune endeavor 3 prong electrical cord conversion

Yes this can be done but this is removing the ground wire in the plug which if you have a thunderstorm and a purge comes threw it may blow the board now this is a maybe so it will have to be hooked up L1Black L2 red And white. on the back of the dryer instead of L1 L2 Common and ground. They have operated this way for 20 years. Please rate my solution and leave testimonial it is how i earn my achievements thanks in advance.

WHEN I MOVED MY NEPTUNE DRYER TO OUR MANUFACTURED HOME I HAD TO CHANGE THE PLUG FROM A THREE PRONG TO A FOUR PRONG AND CODE 88 IS ON, I WONDER IF I HAVE TO HOOK THE GROUND UP DIFFERENT?

There is a jumper in between the neutral and ground terminals. In order hook up the 4 prong plug correctly you need to remove that jumper to separate the ground and neutral terminals.
