I cannot hear audio on one tape but i can on...

Help.. our family just took a trip to Puerto Rico and today when we were trying to show our families our video.. no audio??? When we put in another tape there was no problm with it.. what did we do wrong??? i have lost the manual for my sony camcorder dcr-trv33 !!
