Msg = phone is looking for software. Means software corrupted. Get new load from vendor or I-net. Hope this helps.

I have same problem and removing the battery does not help we even replaced with a new battery and still did nothing to help what should we do?

this happens to phones that have had water damage or something else and a way that might make it work is to take the battery out for no more than 60 seconds and put it back in and push the *,# and power buttons at the same time and if the blue screen comes up, while on the screen push the buttons and hold them until it goes normal. it worked for me

All i did was plug it in and then unplugged it and the thing went to white screen then it went to a black screen and alll of the buttons still worked and then i tried the #,* thing and went to bootloader and thats where i a m now, please help.

It means that your software for the phone has crashed and may possibly be corrupted. Try removing the battery and SIM (if applicable) while the phone is turned on. Reinstall battery and SIM and power the phone back on. If you still get the same error message, you'll need to visit a repair center to have the phone reflashed.
