Question about Logitech V250 (9675380403) Mouse
I just installed a new Logitech V250. I've had this product 2x in the past, and never had a problem like this b4. If I press the connect buttons and connect the wireless mouse to the mini receiver, the mouse works fine but the numeric keypad loses connectivity. If I re-press the keypad and get the keypad connected, the mouse no longer works. I can't get both to work at the same time! Any advice?
Install the keyboard and mouse each in half hour increments. This is
because when the receiver is first plugged it, it is looking for
devices that will be synchronized to it. Even after synchronizing your
device to the receiver, it still "looks" for other devices for 25
minutes. If you install another cordless product at the same time in
close proximity, it is possible when you press the connect button on
the second cordless device that it does not synchronize.
Please let me know if this works..
