Question about Logitech V250 (9675380403) Mouse

1 Answer

Mouse and keypad won't both work at the same time

I just installed a new Logitech V250. I've had this product 2x in the past, and never had a problem like this b4. If I press the connect buttons and connect the wireless mouse to the mini receiver, the mouse works fine but the numeric keypad loses connectivity. If I re-press the keypad and get the keypad connected, the mouse no longer works. I can't get both to work at the same time! Any advice?

Install the keyboard and mouse each in half hour increments. This is because when the receiver is first plugged it, it is looking for devices that will be synchronized to it. Even after synchronizing your device to the receiver, it still "looks" for other devices for 25 minutes. If you install another cordless product at the same time in close proximity, it is possible when you press the connect button on the second cordless device that it does not synchronize.

Please let me know if this works..

Logitech wireless mouse not working. Tried changing batteries. No go. Tried different mouse inserted into USB (this worked) Anything else to do short of buying new one?

I was unable to find this product on the Logitech website to check for support information. I would suggest that you make sure that you install the proper software for these devices and also that you press the sync button (located under the wireless receiver) and also on the keyboard and mouse (doing one at a time).

Good Luck,

Jesse

If you go to logitech.com support and put in your product they have software for the keyboard and mouse you can download which should increase the functionality. If you've installed the cd already I'm not sure.

Logitech V320 cordless optical mouse-work with Win ME?

No, the drivers will only support windows XP at the lowest.

But windows ME will support a standard serial mouse, which are still available, the drivers are already installed.

Wireless mouse/ keyboard will not work when 2nd computer is on

There must be interference on the signal from the mouse by the second PC

Make sure that there are no power cables close to the mouse or receiver, I have seen this cause problems many times.

You could also try changing the channel in the router settings in case this is causing the problem, it may be on the same channel as the mouse but only interferring when the second PC is turned on, ta, HPC

You probably already done this but try pressing the receiver button and while it is flashing turn the board over and press the small reset/connect button on the bottom of the board and also the reset/connect button on the bottom of the mouse. It should work okay after that. here is hoping that helps. Bud

Logitech cordless keyboard 3100 not working

the problem with cordles keyboards is that the transmitter/receiver works via usb and sometimes the driver does not have time to load for the system to start leaving it dissabled, the reason for this is whts called IRQ interupt requests. Some usb ports get left to the back of the queue when requesting that they need to start up, so unfortunately this is a common fault and may be sorted by trying the keyboard in different usb ports and moving any other peripheralls to different ones, although you will have to reinstall all the drivers as you will be using different ports, so install the keyboard first and then it may get an IRQ of 1 which means 'start me first'
