Hi
My 3 month old Espressione Cafe Roma espresso maker is espresso that is coming out like light brown foam, it is spitting and sputtering all over the place and I can't have my morning latte! So it is rough! I've been trying to reach the service center and it is telling me that the # is disconnected. I am having a bad time trying to find out ANYTHING about this model and any trouble shooting! Thanks for any help that you can give me. Elke

GuideI can understand how frustrating that can be. You might want to try and de-calcifying your espresso maker. After time the calcium and minerals in water can build up and clog the nozzle of the machine. You should be able to find a de-calcifying solution at a local cooking store. Also if you are trying to reach the manufacturer their number should be 770-509-3006.
