Press buttons in the exact order, utility-meter count-stop-0-0-stop-0-1. you are in service mode. now you enter counter - reset counters, or trouble and see the meaning of C 0206, if I well remember it's a corona wire problem! you can either change the wire and reset the error code or, in case that it wont work, to measure the tension at wich the corona charges!, probably the first thing will do the job!!!

What model MFC Brother Printer do you have? The waste toner is left over toner from each print or copy that isn't used. It collects in a different spot in each printer. Usually the waste toner container is with the regular toner cartridge. The printer is able to detect when the waste toner is full by a light sensor in or near that container. Sometimes excess toner collects on the sensor itself and causes it to think the waste toner is full when it actually isn't. Try finding the waste toner container and empty it or replace it. clean the sensor that is on or near the container. it is likely a small black plastic piece that has 2 or 3 small wires coming from it. The model of printer will help to identify where the container is.
It means your waste toner is full. Pull the process unit and look on the each end for a screw on each side that are recessed. Remove them and take out the small panel that acts as a plug. Empty the excess toner out of each side and put covers back on. Then put your process unit back in go into the service mode. Press stop/clear button hold down, while holding press start button keep holding both buttons and then press the left side exposure button..hold all 3 buttons for approx 20 seconds till U comes up and starts flashing. Use the buttons under the display and put in 100 and press start to reinitialize the developer. After the unit stops initializing turn it off and on and you should be all set.
You need to empty the excess toner reservoir in the front of the process unit.
Front as in the other end to where you put in a new toner.
All you have to do is open the side panel and empty all the toner out.
That should fix your problem.
Sorry to give you all the instructions like this but people still open up the toner end and have a lot of fun putting it back together.
