I have Cambridge Sound Works T300 speakers with basic set up to receiver. Speakers are plugged in, both emit a low hum. But no sound from speakers.

Question edited to get rid of all the dreadful abbreviations. The first section of the question box has limits on the amount of characters, but you can put 5,000 in the lower one.

This sounds to be an issue with the amp driving the speakers. Or perhaps interference from a nearby power wire or even a fridge in the next room. Also check connections and plugs for everything on the back of the amp and everything else connected.

Connect the speakers to another sound source to test.

Gear selection is bad coming down the box from second to first is terrible.answers please?

Read this link. It sounds like your synchronizer is just getting worn out. When you downshift, there is a little bevel collar that grabs on to your transmission driveshaft and speeds up the first geat to mynchronize with the speed of the second gear. When the collar starts wearing out, you get the problem you have, which is the speed of the second gear and the first gear aren't matched, so it is hard to engage them.

My blitz's speaker phone wont work. and the open/close, on/off, and ringtones, wont work... help! ive gone thru all sound settings and everything is "on" i can hear my calls thru the regular handset...

Try these couple of things:
The speakerphone feature lets you hear audio through the speaker and
talk without holding the phone.
  1. To activate the speakerphone while in answering or calling modes,
press the Navigation Key to the right.
  2. The phone returns to normal (Speakerphone Off) after ending a call
or when the phone is turned off and back on.

To adjust the ringer, key tone, voice call and speaker phone volume levels:
1. Press left soft key [MENU] (7) (1) (2).
2. Select the type of volume you wish to adjust.
3. Select the desired volume level.
4. To confirm, press OK.

Let me know if this works for you or if I can help you with anything else.

We had to change the power box on our pc last one started to smoke due to fan dying, after getting everything back working we have no sound except the normal beep. the computer will not recognise a sound...

Speaker (right speaker) wire to GREEN socket. Open your device manager and see if any sound component is registering a splat...yellow ! Is the light on the speaker. Open sound and see that no X is in the mute box. Make sure the volume in turned up on the speaker and the computer. If all that is cool...reinstall the sound drivers for your computer. I don't mean to belittle you but its the little things that are missed can mess you up for hours-and man does it give one a red face. good luck , hope something here helps

Speakers doesnt play

check the motherboard manual and see if it requires a jumper to enable the audio onboard ( if so get the jumper from your motherboard box and seat it on the correct jumpers in the correct position to enable onboard audio ( assuming its onboard audio that you are using ) If not then ensure your sound card is seated firmly and install the correct drivers ( for either the onboard audio or the dedicated sound card ) and then ensure that the speaker cables are connected to the correct connectors on the sound card ( whether onboard or not ) and make sure windows audio is not muted for any of the auxilary lines ie wave etc and if its realtek ensure that you have 2 speakers selected in the HD Control panel and not head phones.

Best wiring method

Actually, the way they're wired they're already bridged in parallel. The way they're "jumpered" They all get the same amount of voltage and pull more current from your amp. If you wire them in series, each speaker only gets 1/3 the input voltage, and in turn, the entire circuit of 3 speakers uses less current from the amp, meaning less wattage. Having them wired in series will cause less wear and tear on your amp, but you'll not be pleased with the output. It'll be very weak. Try it. You'll notice the difference right away. The way they're wired is the way they're probably supposed to be from mtx, and the speakers probably have a higher resistance, which means they work best when bridged parallel in threes. Your amp is already taking all the punishment thease speakers can suck through it in this setup. If your amp is running cool, you shouldn't have any problems. Hope this helps.
