Question about HP PSC 2210 All-In-One InkJet Printer

Help when i want to scann something the printer faild to nummerize and ask me to restart the printer.how to resolve this probleme.

It is the normal printer preparation occured.
If it is happening then try a power flee and reset
Unplug power cord from printer when there is still power in the All-In-One and also from the power outlet, leave it unplugged for atleast 1Min,
Then plug the power cable directly to wall outlet without the surg protector, Before connecting the power cord to the printer press and hold the # and No 6 Button at the same time without releasing the keys connect the power cable to the unit, do not release the key unitil you see a message as semifull reset.
If the printer turns off then release the keys and turn on the printer.

79 errors are often linked to firmware. Unplug the printer from power as well as any network or USB cables you may have plugged in. If the printer will restart without an interface cable connected then it is likely a bad print job. Clear all jobs from the print queues and then plug in the interface cable. If printer continues to stay at ready, download the current firmware and install it. This should resolve the problem.

Send a cancel comand from the printer window,it does not cancel and does no print


If your having issues in terms of printing you can easily resolve it by downloading the HP's print diagnostic utility.
To download the tool click here.

After downloading the tool, run it. On HP's print diagnostic utility, select the printer that you are using. Diagnose the problem, by clicking on the "diagnose" button. It will tells you if you have an issues w/ the connectivity, spooler, online status, print queue, port and etc., If the tool detects the problems on the printer, it will ask you to fix it by clicking on the "Fix" button, then it will ask you to restart it. If the tool detects that you have problems w/ the driver, it will ask you to uninstall it by clicking on the "Uninstall button", then restart the computer. Reinstall the driver.

I have problem with my printer. Then say faild 5800. What shell I do? Bets regard Marianne


Hi there maximum time we found it is a the head problem. The print head is what the cartridges sit in inside of the printer. For resolve the problem please follow these.

Open the printer and wait for the carriage to slide over. Some how if its not come then Unplug the printer & Manually slide the carriage. Now Remove the ink cartridges from the print head & Use wet warm cotton swab or use alcohol to thoroughly clean the print head. Repeat this until there is no ink residue coming off on the cotton swab. After finished it make the head dry then fix it back. Now Try to print something now
If that does not work then follow the next step.

Remove the printer data cable & restart the PC & printer. Then fit back the data cable & turn on the printer. Hope that's start working , if no luck then Uninstall the printer driver & restart the PC & Printer both again. Now install the driver of the printer and connect it with PC ,Turn on printer & go for a test print from the printer preference. Thanks & waiting for your reply.

How do you fax multiple sheets


Please follow the steps below :

1. press fax then press faxtel nummer .
2. Put page 1 on the glass press start mono (b/w mono).
3. You will be asked if there are another pages.
4. Press 1 and put the next page onto the glass.
5. When finished press 2 (No, no more pages).
6. Machine will start calling and sending.

My computer say that this commond faild for print


Since I do not know what operating system you have, I will be general as to how to resolve this issue.

Please reinstall the drivers for this printer. Since this is an error comming from your computer and not your printer, this should solve your issue.

If not, please write back with more information: What operating system you have, what was the exact wording of the error message and when does it show up.

Will not scann. wants me to turn off the printer


please disconnect the power cable from the wall outlet then press and hold the power bottoum for 20-30 sec then restart

Hi my zebra printer can print but when I scan it doesn't read. It only read nummer but don't read any letter. And all the barcode of mine is in letter en nummer. Can u solve this


If this is a normal LP2844 and you can't scan the barcodes it is printing, you will have a faulty printhead with a pixel or two blown.

Peggie, I recently had the same problem with my printer. your best bet is to install the drivers from the cd that came with your printer. Then go to lexmark to grab the drivers from there web site. install them. A window will pop up and ask you if you want to update driver or make another copy. select make antoher copy and let it install. when done turn on lexmark imaging studio and it will give you a choice of running the original program or the copy, run the copy and there you go no more APP4RE.exe has stopped working. ENJOY!!!!!
