When you are looking at the motherboard with the CPU and memory slots on the right, the audio hookup is up on the edge of the motherboard on the left. It's the last set of pins in the upper left side of the motherboard. If you have an audio jack in the front of the machine, you should have an audio cable just hanging there somewhere that is not hooked up. Hook it to the audio connector that I described.

Audio out

Look for a red and white RCA plugs on the back of the TV. It would be marked Audio Out. Otherwise, if your TV has a mini-plug for a headphone that will also work for audio out. A headphone jack could be on the front of the TV or back.

Hi,
I just found an image or your receiver. Here is what should be the solution. This might sound stupid, but If I were coming to your house to service your system, I would ALWAYS check these points. I have found that it happens very often.
1st Make sure that none of your speaker wires are touching each other. With the type of spring connectors on the back of this receiver, it is a frequent problem.

2nd On the front panel of your receiver to the right of the power button and headphone jack there are two tiny buttons labeled "Speakers" "A" and "B". If the "B" button is out, PUSH IT IN.
Hopefully that will do it.
Hope this helps,
Best Regards,
Mark

Where to hook up headphone jacks to allow TV speakers to continue working while using headphones I.E. I have jacks on front of TV but they do not give me out put sound. which ones should I use on back of...

Unless you have an external headphone amplifier, you need to use the headphone jack socket, if there is one. Some newer TV's allow for separate headphone volume and speaker volume control.
Have a look in your user manual.

How do I hook up my logitech speekers

If you're running a tower, you jack it into the speaker or audio output on the back of the unit. If you're using a laptop, you run the speakers by plugging the 1/4" stereo plug into the headphone/audio output jack on the front or side of the computer.
You have to make sure you're hooking up the input to the Logitech speakers- refer to your manual for details, or read the fine markings on the speaker power supply and audio input jacks.
Good luck, and hope this helps.

I don't know your exact model of TV so I can't be specific. I do know you need to hook up to audio output not input. Some TV's have audio output and some don't or you might have digital audio output which might not be compatible with your logitech speakers. If nothing else if you have a headphone plug in you might be able to hook up that way.

The headphone jack on the TV has switch built-in to kill the TV speakers when headphne jack is used, you need to use powered PC speakers with headphone jack and connect this PC speakers to the Audio line out of the TV set (RED and WHITE RCA audio line out). Basically the powered PC speakers are being used a headphone driver. Or you can get one of those wirless headphone system instead.

The front 3mm port is disconnected and I don't know where to hook it back up. I can't tell from the manual.

The front 3mm ports are for mic input / headphones output. The pin connectors are as follows. You need to use the JAudio header, which are in the lower-right corner of the motherboard closest to the front of the case when it's installed.

This header has 14 pins, and allows user to connect the front audio out put cable with the PC front panel. It will disable the output on back panel audio connectors.
Within this header, pin 1 is in the lower left corner, and pin 14 is in the upper right corner, like this:

2 ... ... ... 14
1 ... .. ... 13

The pinouts are:

1 Mic in/center
2 Ground
3 Mic power/Bass
4 Audio power
5 Right line out/Speaker out Right
6 Right line out/Speaker out Right
7 Reserved
8 Key
9 Left line out/Speaker out Left
10 Left line out/Speaker out Left
11 Right line in/Rear speaker Right
12 Right line in/Rear speaker Right
13 Left line in/Rear speaker Left
14 Left line in/Rear speaker Left

Power goes off!

I have the same model as you.

Plug in the transmitting unit into a good working power outlet. Make sure you have the audio connected to a loud source. Turn on the source device producing the loud audio to be transmitted to your headphones. Now see if the transmitting unit's LED light is on. Check headphones for audio. (May have to tune in the headphones and adjust its volume as well).
I recommend that the source of your audio have its built-in speakers off, while still providing audio out to your transmitting unit, via an external audio output. Check your source manual or look for audio jacks on the front or back. There may be a setting to turn this on and for the main built-in speakers to be turned off as well.

If this does not work, unplug the transmitting unit, and then plug it back in again, after waiting for about 10 seconds - all while audio is being provided to the unit. It should come on.

Remember that if the audio to the transmitting unit is quiet OR off for about one minute, the transmitting unit will turn off and you will hear FM noise, loudly, on your headphones. This is due to the "lack of audio" timer built-in to the transmitting unit.
