what's the brand name and model number?if the dryer hasn't been cleaned out most likely you have a bad thermal fuse or high limit thermostat.if the dryer is clogged with lint and it should be pulled apart and cleaned out at least once a year the air isn't moving the dryer heats up and pops the t-stat or thermal fuse as a safety.send model number and we'll see what we can do.if you don't have a volt meter most likely you'll need to call someone in to look at it for you.
Generally, with a gas dryer, there is an ignition device that heats to a specific temperature and this causes the gas to ignite. When this electric ignition fails to work, the gas will not ignite and there will be no heat. I had this happen and had to call a professional. It was a simple matter of installing a new ignition device and it worked perfectly for years. I hope this helps! If it is a new dryer, check to see if this part might be covered under warranty
There is indeed a reset or hi-limit as it is sometimes referred to on the element/heater box at the back and it should have a red button in the center you can physically push with Bosch...at least the "nexxt" series.
To start... **Unplug the dryer before attempting any repair tips suggested here please...safety first**
If you`ve already taken the back of the dryer off to gain access you should have no problem. If you never have, it`ll take some time.
Forresetting the hi-limit cut out, you can see through the back vent opening when the vent is removed and then by pushing the red button in...shown below
Keep me posted how you make out or if anything is not clear.

A broken belt is very common. If you hear the motor running, that's probably it. The dryer must be taken all apart to replace the belt. Hopefully instructions will come with the new belt. Routing the belt over the motor shaft and around the tensioner is always a challenge.
