There are two different drivers for the 3050 notebook. You'll need your manual to find which if these is for you're notebook.

Realtek High Definition Audio Driver for Windows Vista

Realtek High Definition Audio Driver.zip

Here you can find the needed driver for either Windows XP or Windows Vista.
