Can my printer work whit only one cartridge?. I'm sorry for my English I'm learning now, I speak Spanish, Thank you

Sorry, you won't find any. That model has never been marketed in English speaking countries so the manufacturer has never gone to the expense of producing an English translation.

Your manual is most likely in Spanish, (but the answer is similar whatever it's written in) your fix options are as follows:-

1. Type in key parts of the text into automated online translator websites, try a few sites as some translate better than others.

2. Ask nicely among your circle of friends and relatives for a fluent Spanish speaker who may be willing to translate the important parts of the manual for you.

3. Pay a professional translator.

• On laser printers, there is a "print head", and this could have died. I would try replacing the toner cartridge with a known good, barring that, the print head itself might have to be replaced.
  
  I am very familiar with replacing the print head on Lexmark laser printers, but I cannot speak for the Konica Minolta line as far as replacing it.
  
  Depending on the value and age of the printer, you might want to replace it rather than replace the print head as well.
  
  
• It could also be a charge roller gone bad. This is the piece that goes in to the toner cartridge when you close the door, you can see where that is by closing the door partially with the toner cartridge out. If it is very dirty, you can try cleaning it with Isopropyl Alcohol and letting it dry FULLY before putting it back in place.
