How do I write a vision statement about a business idea

look at the goals of the business and the scope. Find where the business idea fits the best. You want the vision statement to connect in an area that the business can handle. If it is a new idea you want the vision statement to show the new scope and what goal this will accomplish.

Alignment of data in tables

When I started learning about these statements I had to understand the different types of the financial statements and what are their uses. There are many tools to calculate various elements like "current/fixed assets", "current/long-term liabilities and "net profit".
There are many websites which provide e-book so you can learn more about items in financial statement.

How do i get a customers old unpaid invoice to show up automaticaly on his new invoice?

Under Creat Statements, change your "Statement Period" dates to include last months invoices for the rent. Once you have don that, and picked your customer to send the invoice to, then click on preview. This should show you the statement and should have the right charges on it if they were invoiced.

If this helps, please rate me. Thanks, Patty

Statements in QuickBooks

If you do not want your statements to reflect any payments, go to the top of your tool bar, click on Edit, go down to "Preferences", find the "Sales and Customers", go to "Company Preferences", and at the bottom you have the option to "Automaticly apply Payments", make sure that is not checked.

If this helps, please rate me. Thanks, Patty
