Check and replace damaged component/s at its horizontal scan output section circuit. Check the LOT (Line Output Transformer) too for damage. Replace the horizontal scan output transistor. Check the input voltage to LOT. If the voltage is absent check the feeder resistor; if any. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Surf the site with patience. How to fix 14v-s100 sharp crt tv no raster only channel and volume display on screen

If there is no video signal input, this kind of fault can occur. An abnormal "Screen" voltage too can be the cause. If video processor IC or the tuner is faulty, this kind of fault can occur too. You should check all this. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Pull up older posts. Surf the site with patience. Do a search by type in the brand name of your device at its search box and press "Enter".

Sharp crt tv no video but have display

Check and replace the video processor IC. As raster [screen] is there, all other stages, except, video processor section in the IC is working properly. There is no repair; other than replace the IC. If you wish to get some details, check the site linked here. http://electronicshelponline.blogspot.com/ Pull up older posts.

My screen is blue and it wont let me see anything

Hello
Your TV is not getting any signal at all to process, or the tuner inside your TV is faulty. Blue back screen comes, when there is no signal to any of its input or faulty tuner. Just connect the tV with any other video source, like VCR or DVD , connected to its AV terminals and set the tV to take input AV, and check whether picutre comes in or not. If picture comes with AV connection, make sure that your tVs tuner is faulty and should be replaced. If no picutre comes with AV connections too, the Chroma Ic insie your TV is faulty, and should be replaced. OK.

Sharp 32'' tv -no raster showing channel numbers only

since you have sound and display it's not the hivoltage. You're electron guns are not being turned on. Most likely the IC which biases the guns or the IC which contains the biasing resistors.
