I have the sandisk 128mb microSD memory installed on my a1200 which came with the celphone.
The problem is that it is totally random when it will or wont load. It happens when I run out of batteries or turn it off. Next time you plug it in you never know whether it will load or not. Most of the time it doesn't load tho.
Any suggestion or should I just toss this piece of **** like all motorolas I have ever had and buy my a nokia unbreakable BRICK?
One more question. I unlocked it when I lived in Argentina. Now that I'm back to Brazil, something went wrong with my provider cause the same message or missed called message keeps bumping every 30 minutes or so, AFTER YOU READ IT! So I get the same message coming over and over again, for days!

Re: MicroSD sometimes being recognized
The problem is more likely a bad memory card. Try formating the card , if there is still problem , put a new card . It should be ok. If still no go .... its time update the firmware..and if that charm doesnot work... its time to toss it out

You can try to install the CD that comes with your phone to your computer, then you can connect your phone using the usb cable provided. Then you can have an access to your phone's memory, this way you can transfer data to both ways.
But, since LG systems have usually problems in this usb transfers (According to the most of the users, may depend from model to model also), you can simply transfer your pictures from your computer to your microSD card (your phone has an SD card, and you can plug that microSD in a card reader using a SD adapter), then you can plug your microSD card back in your phone, and then you'll have your pictures in your phone.
The MicroSD port is on the left side of the phone just above the volume control. It's a little plastic door labeled "MicroSD" which you open up and insert the card into. Once the card is in the phone open your File Explorer. In the base directory (My Device) you will see a Storage Card folder that you can put files into.
