Question about Televison & Video
I turned on my Sharp Aquos lc-32d62u HDTV last night for the first time, but it is black and a blinking green light.
I have followed the manual and unpluged more than 3 times and nothing happened.
do you know a solution?
Sorry my expertise is in appliance repair no experience with electronics

SOURCE: green light blinking
It will have to be diagnosed. As the only blinking light error for that model is when the led turns from green to flashing red which indicates a lamp error. If its new I recomend returning it most retailors will freely exchange a new TV . Wish I could help more but there is no diagnostic codes for that model other than lamp error. And being that I am taking that the back light isnt working either. I would contact the retailor without delay.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
