Help!!!SOPSP.. i bought psp slim&lite a month ago..and its working good..only yesterday when I open it, the screen was shaky and became very very slow... but before that, a few days back I asked my friend to download games from his pc to my memory stick duo (not a high speed one). I decided to erase all the files by formatting it thru psp and in my pc. this is what happened the memory availability (4gb) became 3.8mb left, even if theres no files on it...(all the files was erased ISO, Video, music, etc). What is the problem with my PSp, is it a virus or something? Please help me.. I want to know something before I go to a technician to fix it..Thanks a lot... [email protected]

Formatting does erase all files man. you prolly should not have formatted. what folder of the memory stick did you put the games into?

I bought a nintendo ds lite a month ago and the last week or so, the touch screen has become really shaky. Can I get it repaired or is it something that can't be fixed?
Hi did you buy it new or second hand?

If you bought it new I would bring it back to the shop you purchased it in as it would be under guarantee and they should replace it or repair it for you at no cost to yourself.

If its second hand some of the phone repair shops also do computer and console repairs its worth checking out.

slims cant be inbricked unless its a 2000 series or below but sony will fox it for a price but they garuntee the repair! so call SONY to get it repaired

Black bar at bottom of screen
The PSP 2000 (slim) has had problems like this before. I mod psp's and one of them had this problem i fixed it by opening it and taking the screen out to make sure its pluged into the tiny sockits. That was the issue. now it works like new! send me an e-mail at [email protected] and ill tell you where th screws a located so you can proform surgery on your PSP 2000 (slim) lol! surgery. funny. well send me an e-mail. so i can help.

Psp power on
check your connections and try again. What are you working with a psp fat or slim? Cause they each take different types of screens. so that may be your problem.
