Mikomi wireless keyboard

I have bought a wireless mikomi keyboard and mouse. The mouse works but it says on setup the keyboard driver not compatable tho i have xp

  • hey i hae the wireless mouse but its the same model as comes with the keyboard so its not the keyboard its the mouse, i have vista and it says the driver is for xp!

Mikomi doesn't have its own drivers. You can try using Logitech Setpoint (any version works)

Download the one that most resembles your mouse. You can see the various mice from the drop down menu or choose the one that you see in this link..

    Use Windows Vista Compatibility Mode to Install Windows XP Drivers

    If
    you really can’t find Windows Vista driver for your hardware, you can
    try to fool the driver installation program to install in Windows
    Vista. How? By using Windows Vista Compatibility Mode so that the
    driver installation program think it is installing in Windows XP mode.

    Here is the picture of how to set Windows Vista Compatibility Mode.


    One word of caution, use this as the last method, or wait for the Vista drivers to be available.

    Just right click the .exefile your mouse driver, select properties and then compatibily tab. Select "Run the programe in compatibility mode" and select Windows XP (Service Pack 2) from the drop down menu below.

Mikomi mouse


An optical mouse works based on imaging principle so we have the freedom of accessing even in a 3D way. If your Optical mouse is not moving the cursor side wise, I would suggest you to look for the exact Mouse driver and install it. Usually on a Windows XP machine they work as plug and play.

If the Driver is working fine, you must look for the Windows or OS compatibility. The WDDM compatibility can also cause this to happen.

Else you have to replace the mouse.

Receiver for my RF wireless deskset is flashing constantly


If the mouse and keyboard are working, and the receiver is still flashing constantly, then it's probably just indicating that the receiver is connected to the keyboard and mouse.

just install the mouse drivers, and then follow the hardware installation. 1. Turn on PC wait for windows to load 2. Insert the USB Plug of the receiver 3. Press the small button on the mouse & Keyboard 4. Press the button on the receiver. then the connection between the mouse and keyboard will be established. Press keys and Move the mouse to see if the connection is ok.

There is no bundled software that comes with the Mekomi RF keybord and the only support is for winddows 98SE. I have looked at other websites and have found sujssions that software drives from the Logitech wesite might work with these keybords hope you have some luck nurdy2453

Mikomi wireless keyboard


Don't run the setup program. Instead reboot your computer and use the windows add hardware wizard to install the drivers from the CD. The windows hardware wizard will detect several different devices, allow it to install them all from the CD.
