You could try wiping down the chip on the relevant cartridge with a piece of kitchen tissue, but this is unlikely to help. In most cases this cartridge will just need replacing.

My paper is stuck and the printer will not shut off and continues to say shutting down. I have the hp photosmart C4400 All in one series. Thank you for your help in advance. Barbara

Hi
Please unplug the printer power cord from the back of the printer and plug it back

Then whether the printer works or not but please connect it directly to the walljack and not to the surge protector for electricity

Connect the printer and computer with the USB cable
Download the utility from the link below and run it
I am sure that the issue would get resolved permanently

brose,

Do a power cycle on your printer and it should hopefully fix your problem. To power cycle, follow these steps:
  1. Turn the product off.
  2. Unplug the power cord from the product.
  3. Wait 30 seconds, and then reconnect the power cord to the product.
  4. Turn the product on.
Take care and good luck!

My HP photosmart C5200 all-in-one series printer keeps saying its out of paper when its not? i keep loading it with paper and nothing happens.there is no jams or anything either. what can i do to fix it?

Most likely the paper sensor is faulty. Sometimes you can clean the area and/or free a stuck sensor. Otherwise you will have to replace it.

This Youtube video demonstrates how to fix a stuck sensor:

This photo shows the location of the paper sensor:

The printer manual can be found on HP's website here: http://www.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c01009068.pdf

Using JETCET Print with OKI C5200n Printer

The OKI 5200 is a 'GDI' or Windows only printer and does not support PCL or PostScript languages.
Most if not all of the printers listed support either PCL or PS or an inkjet based language.
I'm afraid you will not be able to print the the 5200 without it's driver loaded on the PDA.
If the 5200 supported PCL you would be able to choose any of the
Color HP Deskjets.
