Have inserted the installation CD and the welcome window comes up on screen. The instruction booklet says "Click on RUN THE EASY INSTALL WIZARD" , but that option does NOT appear on the screen. The user manual says if it doesn't appear, go into D drive and click on file "easyinstall.exe" , but I can't find that file on the disc!
How can I install it or wher can I get "easyinstall.exe" from?
I've been on Belkin website, but can't find it there.

Re: Belkin router F5D7230-4
To be honest, I have installed several routers of my own and it runs better without the installation CD. Those CD's are controlling and make your life harder. All you need to do is turn off your computer. Then turn off your cable/DSL modem and unplug the power. Take the router, position it where you want, and plug in an ethernet cable going from the Modem to the back of the router in a slot labeled Internet. Then power on the modem and let it run for 1 min. Then power on the router, let run for 1 min. Take a second ethernet cable and plug it into your router labeled "1" and into the computer. Turn on the computer and check to see if you have internet. If you do, then you are good to go.
