It is illegal and dangerous to us a car seat out from its technical and legal specification. Your car seat can safely and legally be used only on rear sit of your Focus and/or in front passenger sit. If you want you can buy a base to fix it to yyour rear sit with screw, but in no way you are allowed to fix the car sit in the boot or elsewere.

In the outer rear seats, you may use either the ISOFIX attachments or the seat belt. In the center rear seating position, you may only use the seat belt.

Carefully read the instructions for your child seat and the vehicle manual. They will give you directions to install your child seat properly.

I have mitsubishi galant, how can i deactivate the airbag, as i want my child to be infront seat?

you can possibly remove the fuse for the passenger side but keep in mind that if something happens and someone gets hurt while in your car you can be legally held responsible and your insurance may not cover the claims which could amount to 100`s of thousands of dollars.its better to have your child in the rear seat.check with the dealer to see they can legally deactivate the air bag without being sued.they may have to get a special form that will need to be filled out to make it a legal alteration to the safety system.

Driver's Seat Heater ZX5 caught fire

We have seen related problems in South Africa. It relates to a poor earth whereby the seat frame becomes the heater-scary! My advice is to seek legal advice, you may make enough money to buy a Mercedes. Then the seat will work well but not much else!
