This receiver has NO digital capabilities.

If your unknown model CD player only has analog red and white outputs then IT has no digital output capabilities but it DOES have full stereo sound.

You need to change laser lens to a new one. Secondly you need to have a stabilizer/and UPS if you have unstable power supply.

Cheers

My bose cd player won't take a cd now and play it but the radio works fine. There doesn't seems to be any disc inside. The display says no disc.

It looks like this is a Wave Music System. (Front, slot-loading CD drive? About 4 inches tall?)You could try a basic reset. Just unplug it from power for about 30-40 seconds. When you plug it back in, it should try to 'force-eject' anything that could be stuck inside. Otherwise, try another CD after the reset to see if it pulls it in and it plays. If that doesn't work, you could try flipping it upside down and pressing eject. (a roller could be stuck on something)
Let me know if this helps.

No sound

u gotta make sure all the connectors are right, The dvd player output cables are plugged into the OUTPUT of ur dvd, and they go into the Video Input of the amplifier, U gotta make sure ur speakers are plugged in into right too, out put speakers. Surround system only works on DVDs and some music CDS, so dont expext to have surround sound from all music CDS/
