your wep key should be on the equiptment like the router on the bottom if not, make a new wep key if u have a pc go in to the settings of the router enable wireless and add ur own wep key or is the wep already on a pc and ur connecting to it from ur console then input manualy i dont know if wireless is anygood for a ps but try wired see if that is more helpfull
