Recordings should be consistent, and reflect the input. Try creating several tests to verify that it works the way you want it to, and produces desired results. Thanks for rating FixYa!

How can i convert my powerpoint slides from windows 7 to windows xp and vice versa without disturbing my presentation font, animations, colors, backgrounds, etc...? Thank you!

Open your powerpoint file, click "File" then "save as" and click the drop down box for "Save as type". Change this to "PowerPoint 97-2003 Presentation" and give your converted file a name and save it.

This should make it readable by all versions of PowerPoint currently in use.

J wan't to ask how to small the Power point Presentation?

If you want to make a PowerPoint presentation smaller one option is to (this is using PowerPoint2003) but 2007 and 2010 should have similar options, File / Save As then select Tools and Compress Pictures - Change Resolution : Print -> Web/Screen, this will reduce the size of the file considerably if there is graphics in it.

How to make an slideshow and download?

Two methods for you to make a slideshow:
1> save your PowerPoint file as slide show:
Before you save your PPT as PPSX format you need to set up the exact time duration for each slide so that it can run by itself. For more details, please click How to Timing Automatic PowerPoint Presentations.

Then you should place the presentation file and the music together in the same folder, zip it and send to the recipients.

2>convert your powerpoint to Flash
No sound or any other effect gets lost with both converters. Then email the video presentation or put it on YouTube so that they can share.

Assuming you have Microsoft PowerPoint installed... PowerPoint would be the very first application that i would recommend. There are a number of "fill in the blank" templates available from the C:/program files/Microsoft Office/Templates/Presentation Designs/ folder.
