Can't find my manual and don't know how to connect.

Take the lead and plug it into your phone or audio device.

If Bluetooth, switch the earphones on and on your smartphone, make sure Bluetooth is on. When you see the name of your headphones, click on it. They should pair automatically. If it asks for a code, you are stuck without the manual, but it is often 0000.

No sound in ear phones.

Well if you really dont want to buy new head phones , go to best buy. Or look up on google who fixes earphones and where they fix them at. But i highly suggest you to get a new pair of ear phones.

I have metro pcs phone service and a motorola s9 bluetooth headset i cant get the passcode.

Press and hold the power key (under the red cover) longer than the time required to turn it on, until its indicator light is alternately flashing in red and blue. It is in pairing mode (discoverable) now. Then, make your phone's bluetooth application search for new devices. After a little while, the S9 should appear on-screen. Select it and make it connect. If a pairing code (or PIN, or passkey) is requested, enter '0000' (four zeros). If the pairing process is successful, the S9 should enter the stand-by mode. There could be such an indicaton in your phone too.

Hope it works for you.

By the way, if your headset's user guide happens to be missing, feel free to download it from this location.

Anyway, please, let me know if I can help you any further.

Regards, Carlos

My dad just got me these new skull candy earphones ive had them for about a month and a half at night i wrap them up neatly when in my pocket i wrap them around my ipod and now i dont know why but the left...

This is very common with Skull Candy headphones as the jacks are very poorly made. I went through 4 pairs of them within 4 months. Unless you want to buy a new pair every month, buy a reliable brand (Sony, Panasonic, etc.). You can however get them replaced with the same product by visiting:

Hope this helps

My skull candy head phones dont work

The wires probably broke. Check by the plug to see if you can tell if any are messed up. This is most likely your problem (happened to me with other brands as well, so don't give up on skullcandy) and means you will just have to buy a new pair.

Cannot get S9 to connect to phone or computer

From Falvey86: Hold the headset start button for about 10 to 20 seconds, the lights will start flashing red and blue, then the search for Bluetooth devices from phone and it will appear as: S9. press "connect", a window will appear, place the password "0000", that should do the trick!!!!

Pin code

Is this the first time you are pairing two Bletooth devices ? Is the security pin for your Samsung phone '0000' ? Usually, the code you have to enter on your phone to pair it with a Bluetooth headset or headphones is '0000' (the number 'zero' 4 times), unless Jensen's Bluetooth headphones use a different pin.

Hope this helps.
