Question about T-Mobile Sidekick II
My T-Mobile sidekick II has been giving me error messages since Saturday. Reception/Tower issue on the East Coast according to T-Mobile. Tech support had me take my SIM Card out and put it back in a few times. My phone died, no on or off ability even. What the heck? Did they do this??? They are now pushing me to upgrade at my expense, denying any trouble via tower and telling me my phone is old. It was working just no reception before they had me do this!!! What is happening here? Can I get this back on? Please Help. And Thanks!
So there is a master reset on the sidekick II
open the screen and push it slighly left
there is a small hole with an arrow beside it
Use a paperclip, and one touch will do!
It powered right up. 6 calls to T-Mobile and only 1 person knew this! Ugh...
If I still have a problem it is likely a new SIM card and not a new $360 phone!
