Color Calibration

Dear Sir,

I have a problem and i need your assistance very badly When we conducting a color shift correction the machine response is NG and the black lines that reference to the CMY lines becomes wider during gradation adjustment.
Hoping for your immediate response and i am very happy if you can help me

Need to know tha brand and model as what is a perfect fix for one device may be a huge no-no for another.

Suggest a new solution for this problem
