Your S.M.A.R.T. is reading the attributes on your read only storage.

enter BIOS and under smart=disable
run a good diagnostic on the hard drive to determine any problems.
SMART just tells you of suspected problems or when things are beyond normal limits.

    To access the drive you may have to re-install the OS in another area of the hard drive. Back-up all data and after getting a new drive reinstall.

You need a new hard drive. This error means your drive is on it's way out - it is not fixable, it can only be replaced. If I were you, I would copy as much data off the laptop as you can to either another computer or to an external drive as soon as possible and get the drive replaced now before it dies completely.
If you take it to a place that knows what it is doing, they could clone the disk to your replacement drive before it completely fails, but don't trust anyone to do this before taking a copy of all the data off yourself.
Ask yourself how much your photos, music, documents etc are worth to you!?!

Not able to format 4 GB pendrive

your computer is infected with Autorun virus
you can solve your problem by two ways.

(1) go to view option in control panel then view tick the show hidden file click apply now insert your pendrive open it you a file present in your pendrive
select it go to properties and in attributes tick read only and nothing else now open notepad
write few lines that show
[Autorun]
Label=remove
Icon=ico

save it as Autorun.inf copy it and replace in your pendrive.

(2) IF the above method is fail use malwarebytes

The port the modem is attached to could not be opened; Opening the modem device failed with error 000005aa

Sounds like a hardware problem

First > try changing the modem port (default is com3, try changing it to com4 or com5 whichever is free)

Try querying the modem again

Second > Contact your modem manufacturer
