When programming your Comcast universal remote for your TV, the programming guide states that you should enter the 4-digit code provided for your equipment, and if you did it correctly, the TV button will blink twice.
What you have to do is put a "1" in front of your 4-digit code, making your code a 5-digit code. For instance, the code for my Panasonic is listed as 0250. I tried and tried. Then I entered 10250 and it worked perfectly the first time. I did it again to make sure I wasn't seeing things, and it worked.
