Question about Lexmark X1240 All-In-One InkJet Printer
Uninstall the printer and reinstall it if it says it is printing to your printer. under printers your printer should be set as default. test by selecting print from the menu. it should come up to a screen showing you which printer you are printing to.

Lexmark X and Z series printers do not function in a Citrix environment, see page 4 on the following document.

please reinstoll the printer progrmmes and driver. and select to the printer and company.
and aply use printer is defold

Please make sure that the printer is actually VISTA compatible (it should say it on the box) If it is compatible then there is a good chance that the drivers need to be updated. (even if you just bought it) Your first option would be to download the driver directly from Lexmark.com (forget the CD that came with it) Your other option is to download the drivers for LEXMARK X1250 (I have tried this many times with other printers and they worked just fine) I have also used these two web sites to download the drivers for other printers and it seems to work ok so far.
