Question about Microsoft Office Standard for PC
I have just purchased a new pc for my daughter and it comes with works and I have an upgrade to office standard. No matter what the MS site says, it does not allow you to upgrade as it cant find the acceptable earlier version to upgrade from
Any help greatly appreciated.
Why did you get the upgrade to standard.? I would have thought that the Student version would have been cheaper, and has all the important features of standard.
as far as installation is concerned I have found that when it trys to search for a valid product it also allows you to insert the install disk of a qualifying product. try that approach......
perhaps also if you have a previous version of office from your previous machine you can use that also.

click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
