Dell has a very good service manual that explains how to place the memory. Take a look here.
Please post some feedback.
How to open the case is explained here

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

How do i update my photo shop on a dell 530 inspiron

To download the pictures from the camera you do not need to update the photo shop software ..Either use it like it is ..or ..just download the camera using the windows wizard ..or the software that came with it ..
For most windows..if you have the driver installed for the camera ..in the moment you connect it to the computer ..you will be able to find all the pictures on the memory card ..in the computer folder..under removable storage device ..or in the drive with the camera name or called memory card ..You can just copy paste them from there ..or ..use the windows tasks for downloading pictures..directly ...usually when you connect it..the auto-play mode will kick in and ask you for a action ..the minute it will detect the external memory ..
In case you do not have a driver for it ...you have to get to the support site and download the suitable software..and will work ..If they have non ..it means the camera works with windows without one cause it is already built in windows..and the procedure is the same ..
In sort ..if you have a disk that came with the camera ..insert it and run the installation ..than connect the camera and either use its software to download or make another action ...or just open my computer folder and in there you will find the storage from the camera ..one way or another..depending on how the windows identify it ..
Just give it a try ..and let me know what you have done ....how it is behaving ..and what exactly you need to do ..(internal memory or memory card ...driver disk or no disk ...please let me know all the facts if you do not manage ..)

I have an Inspiron one. Normally when I put my SD card in it pops up an option to import the photos. Today, I put my SD card in and nothing. So I don't know how to import my photos.

Click to the "Start" icon on the bottom left side of your desktop and click on "Computer". A menu will open showing the storage devices attached to your computer. You should be able to click on the SD device to open.

Memory full due to photos in wrong drive

Hi! It seems that your out of harddisk space. That's why your computer memory also maxed out because your computer memory gets virtual space in your harddisk. Try to free up your harddisk or delete the unwanted files. GOOD LUCK

Basical don know how to use this

Once you put your memory stick in the computer. Click on the "My Computer" icon on your desktop. Select "Removable Disk". WIndows will automatically assign it a drive letter. It may vary due to how many hardrives you have in your PC. Then open up your folder that has all your pictures in. Right click on one and select copy and go back to the window you have opened with the removable disk and select paste. IF you want to select mulptile pictures in a row hold your shift key down and select multiple. Good luck "Denandlog". =)
