Remote LOST - need info on what button to...

I have a JVC AV-48wp30 rear projection tv - I JUST replaced some major guts in it - I only have a harmony remote and the online manual listed here to learn to adjust convergence. Page 52 of the online manul has this cool press this (blank) and this (blank#2) to adjust convergence. I assumed up and down arrows - I must be wrong because that is NOT working.
What buttons do I press to adjust once into the convergence adjust?

Thanks! I got angry with my harmony, I loaded about 14-16 different JVC sets on there once desperate, I kept trying different sets and suddenly ONE worked! I adjusted the convergence DEAD ON and hit the OK button and I was shocked to see the convergence STAYED PUT. What a picture!! LOL I cleaned the stuffing out of the set while I had it gutted, made a HUGE difference - I had NO idea how grubby those tubes could get, nor how gross the reflective mirror junk at the back could get.

Found a new remote from Ebay....that got 'er tuned in!

There might be some features that the universal remotes aren't able to do. To perform the convergence alignment you should have the original remote.
Do you have the user manual or service manual?
The service manual will explain this process better.
