I have an i-mate jasjam

I have an i-mate jasjam pocket pc phone. It fell out of my pocket this evening & since then, i've been unable to use it or turn it on for that matter. The right (bi-color) LED which normally shows Green & Amber lights for UMTS/GSM standby,message, network status, notification, & battery charging status is showing Red. I can't find anything in the User Manual which might explain what this means or why I can't turn my phone on since dropping it.
