I HAVE TO RE-DOWNLOAD MY OPTORITE CD'S AND IT IS ASKING ME FOR A KEY CODE AND I CAN'T FIND IT...I PULLED OUT DVD R/RW TO LOOK ON THE TOP BUT ANY OF THE NUMBERS I HAVE PUT IN, DON'T WORK... HOW DO I GET IT??? THANK U
