Generic problem for all MP3 and Digital Media Players

i have recently loaded some music onto my mp3 player, and it is playing at less than 1kbps. The music works on windows media player, and iTunes, and I have more than 300 other songs on there, so i have no idea what the problem is. the music isn't write-protected, is the correct format, and has been converted to 128kbps. can you help me play the music?
