I would normally pick a password that is lengthy, contains letters and numbers and punctuation, and is relatively easy for me to remember. Then again, I don't really understand your question. Please clarify, if possible.

WHAT IS THE PASSWORD FOR THE USERNAME 2WIRE 092?

I think what you are in need of is your router's password. Your router is what allows your wireless devices to access the internet.
In order for a wireless device to tap into a router, a password is required. The password for a router is posted on the router itself. Each device you use (ipod, cell phone, computer) will have to enter that password. Fortunately, you only have to do this once.

What the password for netgear for ipod touches

the password for a wireless network is set by the owner of the network. it is the same password you would use when logging onto that network from a computer. if you do not have the password ask the owner of the network what the password is. if you are the owner of the wireless network and you have forgotten your password, that is another thing entirely and you should ask how to recover your wifi password.

We are setting up our wireless router and trying to get the ipod online and it is asking for password and we have never set that up have any suggestions on how to get that info

1. Try entering nothing. If it works there is no password on your network. 2. Because your computer remembers the password of your router you may think there is not password when there is. 3. If you have forgotten the password and.. A. you hav a Mac, go to Applications > Utilities > Keychain Access. You should find the name of your router in the list. You will need your keychain password to see the passwords within. (can't help with a PC) B. Reset your router and give it a new password you can remember. If you don't give it a password, anyone walking by can join.

2WIRE493 network asks me for a password. What is the password?

If it's your network, you should have the password. But if it's someone else's network, you can't connect without the password. And we can't possibly know the password, only the one who owns the network knows the password.

Reset password

Unfortunately, if you have forgotten the password, the only way to reset it is through a system Restore via iTunes, which will erase all songs. But your password will then be reset to no password.

Archos

Have you tried username 'admin' and password 'password'?
These are for the actual router.
If it's the wep/wpa wireless encryption password, then you need to go into the router's domain page, it'll be something like 192.168.0.1 (or 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.2.1 or 192.168.0.2) and enter admin and password, and then, usually under the Firewall menu, it'll say Reset Factory Settings. You can reset it and your wireless network should now be unsecured and you'll be able to connect to the internet wirelessly with any device.

Hope this helps

Chris (ziraffa)

PS You can also go back into that page and set new passwords for encryption and also for passwording the actual router too.
Write them down this time! :)
