If you have hard water in your location you may want to try cleaning the electrolytic plate. I had the same issue where no matter how much salt was added I had code 91. I shut the water down going through the filter / generator. Pulled the outlet hose off and put on a cap. Pulled copper cell out and filled chamber with vinegar. Put cell back in and let set for 1 hour. Fluhed it out and hooked everything back up. Nop more salt problems. The process is in the book.
First of all does adding 2 more mean that you have 4 bags in the pool now????
That is close to what is needed for 7000gl 160 to 175 lbs of salt
That should put you around 3600ppm
Optimal is 3000ppm
You must run your filter alone NO SALT GENERATOR for 24 hours to thoroughly mix the salt then start producing the chlorine
There is no way to boost the level all you can do is run the generator longer I run my generator an average of 5-8 hours and the remainder of a 24 hour period just on filterinng,
Intex pumps are to small for the poolos so yes run them 24/7
