What I did was install the phone's driver first thats part of the install disc and then tried installing the PC studio. And also there is a part there that you need to identify which conection the phone is connected to..USB, bluetooth.. then you need to select connect. Ived had trouble removing the cover for the phone though since the battery is not installed when you open the package so theres no grip on the phone cover to remove it and after a few hours of deliberating and almost to the point of returning it back to the vendor I was able to pry it open using a small philips screw w/o physically harming the sleekness of the phone. And another thing that Ive actually noticed is that whenever you put in MP3's the actual number doesnt actually come up on the phone. Ive tried putting up atleast 32 mp3's but it only shows the around 30 songs in one playlist. So I took that into account that it only holds 30 songs per playlist, so tried looking for the other 2 songs to be added to the 2nd playlist but I cant find it anywhere in he phones memory card. Re checked the phone again and the 32 songs are there! (isnt that amazing!) tried creating another playlist for another set of mp3's again the same thing happens as if the other mp3's werent recognize but its there when you check both on the PC studion and micro SD. Kinda odd actually but so far so good its been a nice phone....so far. We'll see if I find any solution this time without using a screw! :)
