The problem is you may not have the correct hardware for dualview monitors.

You may need to change your display adaptor to one that supports dual view. Here is a link that contains a list of display adaptors that support dualview in Windows XP.

We have install the nvidiageforce8400 driver during installation showing scatterd display on the lcd what i can do for that

That can not be the right driver for your video card. I suggest you roll back to its previous driver. Look for the latest version of the driver for your video card.

Problems with 8400GS graphics card

First, you need to be sure you have installed the correct drivers for the card that corresponds to your OS.

Second, you need to go into the control panel (assuming you are running Windows of course) and tell the computer you now have a new graphics card installed and to use it instead of the default one detected when the OS was installed.

Reattach the monitor to the GeForce card and reboot. All should be OK.

First thing to do is to lower the resolution to say 800x600

call up the Nvidia control panel by right clicking on an empty part of the desktop and click the Nvidia CONTROL PANEL

there are two methods one is the MULTIPLE DISPLAY WIZARD (Just follow it through and it will do most of the work for you)

OR

Use the SET UP MULTIPLE DISPLAYS option. (my choice)

It is better to select the "CONFIGURED INDEPENDANTLY" option often knows as dual view.

Below that are two boxes the first sets the order of the display. Set it so your regular monitor is first on the list.

the box below that selects the PRIMARY display normally leave this to your default monitor until you have finished setting up both displays.

when you have two displays then go to the "CHANGE RESOLUTION" (still in the Nvidia panel not the regular display panel)

click on the display you want to change and alter to suit your taste.
now do the same for the other display.

If you get an "out of range" error drop the resolution as you are trying to do more than the display can handle

There are similar procedures for other makes of graphic cards.

Try avoid the VGA to component leads as they are hit and miss in this type of application.

S-Video is quite good

your best option is DVI and it the one I use to drive a 50" sony

You have to let your card know about other displays using the steps above or similar

Hi tecnoreaper, you're Foxconn 6100K8MB-RS motherboard can use a single PCI-E x16 graphics card. As seen in you're manual on pg. 4, motherboard layout. If you do not have you're manual you can download it from the link below.
http://www.foxconnchannel.com/EN-US/support/downloads.aspx?ProductModel=6100K8MB-RS&TypeID=en-gb0000001

GIGABYTE X1300PRO GRAPHIC CARD

On many portable computers and some desktop computers (those with two video ports on one video card), you can expand your display to a second monitor by using Dualview. Dualview is very similar to the multiple monitor feature, with the exception that you cannot select the primary display. On a portable computer, the primary monitor is always the LCD display screen. On a desktop computer, it is the monitor attached to the first video out port.
Once you attach the second monitor and turn on your computer, use Display in Control Panel to configure your settings, just as you do with multiple monitors. Dualview can be used with docked or undocked portable computers

This procedure applies when two or more monitors are connected to one computer.
  1. Open Display in Control Panel.
  2. On the Settings tab, click Identify to display a large number on each of your monitors, showing which monitor corresponds with each icon.
  3. Click the monitor icons and drag them to positions that represent how you want to move items from one monitor to another, and then click OK or Apply to view changes.
Notes
  • To open Display, click Start, click Control Panel, and then double-click Display.
  • The icon positions determine how you move items from one monitor to another. For example, if you are using two monitors and you want to move items from one monitor to the other by dragging left and right, place the icons side by side. To move items between monitors by dragging up and down, place the icons one above the other. The icon positions do not have to correspond to the physical positions of the monitors. You can place the icons one above the other even though your monitors are side by side
