I purchased 2 PVS33116 portable DVD players. One of the adapter chargers never worked. one work. How do I go about getting one to replace the one that never worked.

Same problem here. Is there a fuse inside which you can replace?

Same problem, 6 months old, charger just stopped working right in the middle of a cross-country trip.

Have PVS33115 where the adapter charger failed afer 3 months, and very little use. A replacement costs 20.50 including shipping. Seems like this may be a common problem with this adapter. Returned for replacement.

If the DVD players are new or less then a year, they're still cover under manufacturers warranty.
I would suggest to call the place where you bought them from and ask them for a replacement or give the info where to go to get them fix under the manufacturers warranty.
